![]() ![]() I've got my iCloud email address set up on both my iPhone, and though OutlookĢ016. That I may have to change it if this issue keeps happening. Please would someone help me? I've had my iCloud email address for years and fear Apple keep telling me that it must be an issue with the way I've set up Outlook, and are unwilling/incapable of helping. If I login to iCloud, all emails are showing in the sent items there. Likewise, if I send an email to myself called "from PC" from my PC, then I will receive it on both my iPhone and my PC, however it will only show in the sent items of my PC. If I send an email to myself called "from iPhone" from my iPhone, then I will receive it on both my iPhone and my PC, however, it will only show in the sent items of my iPhone. ![]() Sending and receiving emails works fine on both devices, the issue is the syncing of sent items I've got my iCloud email address set up on both my iPhone, and though Outlook 2016. Usually Apple are incredibly helpful - but they're being useless so ![]() I've had an issue with the relationship between my iCloud email address, and Outlook 2016 for the last six months. ![]()
